I was in the same situation.
I transferred the Orchard card and it went under Cap 1 as my old OB user name. I then had to go to my regular Cap 1 account and select "link another account." Mostly likely your OB card is there waiting to be linked, I suppose based on your SSN.
Yes...I did find that option after digging around a bit more. It worked pretty seamlessly, in fact.
I really hope the EO will convert to a rewards card. Should I email them now or wait til I receive my new card?
