Seems Like my Orchard Card reported to EQ but not to Experian for January, I know they report on the last day of the month, do sometimes they skip a month? Or does Experian sometimes load balances later than a week or so?

Sometime they skip more then a month get use to it the great HSBC lol.

Neither of my cards have updated. Will it make a difference if I call and ask them to update the accounts?

Ditto! I wondered the same thing as neither of my HSBC's have reported since December on any of the CRA's

Just pulled my last EX report yesterday and I too noticed my Orchard was stuck with the same balance as in Dec.

Did you try to call and ask about this?? Have any lucky?

Every time I  have tried, I get some foreign person saying they report

at the end of the month and then they try to sell me a credit monitoring service. UGHH!

Mine was the same way. In fact I closed it in April and it's still hasn't reported. Last update was Janaury on EQ and Feb for EX and TU.  The funniest part is that when I tried to close the card, the only schpeal the lady could give to try to keep me as a customer is that they are one of the "few" credit card companies that actually report your account to all 3 of the credit bureaus, blah, blah. Really? And how often do they do that..once a quarter? No thanks !
