BTC, after seeing your post this morning, I checked this number, and although at first it just went right to a jazzy 'hold' music, it did get picked up after a few minutes by a guy saying it was Card Services and asking for an account number, so near as I can tell, that number is still working.

800-395-6090 is what I dialed this a.m. (was checking this # for possible deletion and doing other maintenance on the thread), with the results posted above. Got jazzy hold music and eventually a person with Card Services.

Possibly you were misdialing....?
