People aren't kidding when they say the Orchard card can be a little convoluted.
I sent off my app and $1,000 deposit check for the secured card 6/23. Nothing back. Website has no information about it. I called, was on hold for about 5 minutes. She confirmed the app was received on 6/29, and said something like my welcome account kit was mailed. She was really garbled so it was hard to totally make out - mostly I just wanted to make sure they'd gotten my check, since that's a lot of money to have floating around out there.
Anyway, for those of you who have the Orchard card, any idea what it is they mailed me? Does it have the card, or is it just a "your account has been opened" letter?
