How will a over payment be reported? currently i have a 86 dollars overpayment with barclays
my closing date is the 14 of this month, should i spend that money quickly or have them send me a check?
The lady on the phone didnt even know how it will report. thanks
Not sure if the banks vary on this or not, however a few months ago I over-paid on my Amex card. Amex showed that I had a $38 credit balance, however the credit reports showed $0 balance.

No sure why you think it is an issue. It will report as 0 balance, but even if it reported -ve, that would be ok
ok thanks for the reply EW
A credit balance is fine and quite common. Your account will report at zero on your CR because it is paid in full.
Yes my dad had $2.00 credit and it still reproted as "0".
