I still have my Capital One secured card.  I was preapproved on their site for both Quicksilver and Venture. I applied a couple of days ago and was approved for both. 5000 for Quicksilver and 15,000 for Venture. Best of luck to you.

Thanks, I try pre qual site every day.   Guess they want more paid statements before offering another card (only have 2 payments so far).  I just want a third card before laying low and gardening for a while.
