Re: PC with US Bank

About a month ago I called to get my annual fee waived on the vanilla platinum card and the csr asked me if I wanted to go to the no fee cash+. Didn't have to think too long about that one!

Re: PC with US Bank

They wouldn't let me convert my Kroger rewards card.  I will use it as a balance transfer card.  Not a problem.

Re: PC with US Bank

I woud recommend to call them and talk them about it, usually the ones that you talk to you first time are not the most experienced. I would request to talk to their supervisor. Supervisors have more flexibility and options on what they can do to your account.

I did call for a credit line increase and PC to Cashplus, and both were granted after talking to the supervisor. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
