Has anyone successfully done a PC with US Bank? Any tips?

About a month ago I called to get my annual fee waived on the vanilla platinum card and the csr asked me if I wanted to go to the no fee cash+. Didn't have to think too long about that one!

They wouldn't let me convert my Kroger rewards card. I will use it as a balance transfer card. Not a problem.

I woud recommend to call them and talk them about it, usually the ones that you talk to you first time are not the most experienced. I would request to talk to their supervisor. Supervisors have more flexibility and options on what they can do to your account.
I did call for a credit line increase and PC to Cashplus, and both were granted after talking to the supervisor. Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I have had the US Bank College Card (Young Adult Card) for roughly 10 years now and at it's highest it had a $1,000 limit but after a chargeoff 4 years ago was dropped to $500. My question is, would it be possible to ask for a CLI to $2,000 with my current scores and other cards with $5k limits? In the past they've told me that I have to submit all requests in writing as well as my mother who was a cosigner on the card originally.

I will probably call again and try to reach a supervisor. Is there a card worth fighting for besides the flex perks cash rewards?
