I just became a full member of both, on there website it only shows individual or joint accounts. So after I apply will I be able to add her as an AU.

AU is different than joint. AU is allowing them to use your account, a joint account gives her ownership over the account the same as you.
Edit: Just wanted to confirm you were talking about credit card accounts. Bank accounts (Checking/Savings/Money Market/CD and so on) individual or joint accounts, credit cards have individual (to which you can add AUs) or joint accounts (to which you can also add AUs)

Im going to apply for myself, but can i add my daughter as an Au , at a later time.

You should be able to no problem, some applications will even say at the bottom "Would you like to add any authorized users to this account?"
