Having used Chip & PIN terminals possibly thousands of times, I have yet to see one with a stylus attached. I have only seen a stylus attached at occasional terminals where signatures are required, such as at Target where you sign for larger charges. Maybe just carry a pen with you?

yep, trust the good'ol Chip+Signature then........

 

only with the unmanned terminals, Chip+PIN is solid.

Anything fishy, cancel & get a new card. That simple (regardless of Chip+PIN or Chip+Sign)
