Looking at Discovers site transaction some say MANUALLY KEYED and some like Amazon say ONLINE.
All was purchased online so the ones say manually mean I'm not getting my 5% this quarter ?
3 out of 4 transactions so far say manually keyed.

Some merchant websites simply collect the information, from which a person subsequently initiates a transaction manually. Others directly pass the information to aotumated processing.

Manually keyed means the website collects your information than a person manually type in your credit card number to bill you.
Some website don't use gateway to forward credit card information to merchant account, hence manually keyed.
