PRE APPROVAL OPT IN OPT OUT

Do you have to opt in for shopping cart trick? I never opted out so I do not know why I am not getting any pre approval offers. I am currently on this https://www.optoutprescreen.com/opt_form.cgi 

 

Do I have to opt in to start getting pre approvals or is it working and creditors SPs not showing? I had a FA in 2011 that fell off in 90 days on TU and EQ

Some have also reported that you have to disable your popup blocker just don't forget to enable it again YMMV

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
