Got two in mail today. BofA rewards and the same old Cap One

I'd like to try the BofA. Who do they pull? Does any one have the simple
cash back rewards card?.
I just called the back door # AT Cap One and they said they couldn't
do any thing for me. Like lower int. rate or CLI. Now I get this in mail.
