PRG HAS ARRIVED!!!!!!

I was approved for this card Friday morning.  I immediately called to see if it could be expedited.  The CSR I spoke to apologized but said he did not have the option to expedite my card but it would arrive in 7-10 days.  I was disappointed because I wanted the card ASAP!  Well, after hanging up I received an e-mail congratulating my approval and said my card is being expedited and will arrive in 2-3 days!  YESSSS!  Well here it is, Monday and the card is already here!  OMG wow is this thing beautiful!  $175 beautiful?  Mehhhh! Maybe!  I'm going to get some signup bonus points and see how this thing treats me on my trip in December to D.C.!!!!! I'm very excited!  However, I must admit that I may close the card next year and go for the CSP/Freedom combo for my future travels.  It just depends on my experience with the gold for now!  Can't wait to start swiping this beautiful card and who knows, maybe it'll end up having a spot in my wallet for years.

Re: PRG HAS ARRIVED!!!!!!

Thanks everyone!  Does the PRG have concierge service or just the Platinum?!

I'm not sure but you could log into your account and check card benefits.

No, just the Platinum has concierge service.

ahhhh, alright.  Thanks!  Good thing I have my CDP!  Has anyone ever been successful at getting a room upgrade via the gold collection?  I'm looking at hotels they have available under the Gold Collection for my trip and its quite limited.  They're a little more than I'd like to pay but right around what I've budgeted for and theyre all superrrrr nice!  I woul djust be thrilled to pay for a decent room, check in, and get offered a FREE UPRAGDE!  Just wondering the possibility of it actually happening!
