They cancelled my membership application on the 5th day. Just talked with CSR and they said you must be an in-state resident. (Which is something that is not said in one spot on their website with exception to parks and recreation.) I'm waiting for a manager to call me back so I can plead my case.
However, it looks like PSECU loopholes are all closed ![]()

Will do. Ive laid foundation with CSR for my argument and will solidify it when I speak with manager. I may be able to get a membership, highly unlikely, it will be difficult and I dont expect them to be opening any flood gates. On positive news, NFCU membership will be coming soon. Roommate has begun moving in and I'll probably wait till November to join (once my paid down balances start to report.)

Your points are very valid and I am interested in hearing what they have to say. The only "visible" permanent residency restriction during the app is under PRPS. PASEO just is labled as you need to be an association member.
