What a great day, about a week ago I had decided to take a stab in the dark, and apply for a PSECU visa card, and an auto loan (I had just joined PSECU about a month earlier), a day later they emailed me asking for me to fax them my two most recent pay stubs, I did and in less than 24 hours, I had been given a call telling me I had been approved for their VISA with a $2000 dollar limit at 9.99% interest, and approved for an auto loan up to $15,000!
This is great news seeing as how I just began building credit about 5 and a half months ago, and I do not even have a real fico score yet, I was actually kind of stumped, and wasn't sure how I was actually approved for the VISA or the auto loan, let alone both! Maybe it's decent income, and the decent sized deposits I've made into my checking and savings in the last month (about 4,000 dollars in total)?
A little bummed about the auto loan because I'm looking at a car around $19,000 but hey, with no credit score and 4.99% for 72 months, Im not complaining one bit. Today is a huge step towards my credit future! Just wanted to share with you guys that have been a huge help.
