Why are you waiting until November?  Will your scores be significantly higher then?  Unless you're crossing some major milestone (e.g. a negative item aging a year) between now and then, I think your app is as strong now as it would be in November.

My current cc's will be 6 months old, it will be two more months removed from most recent late, 2 extra months using prepaid card (for whats that worth), 3k paid towards loans and it gives me 2 extra months to try to GW some baddies.  But, your basically right...Ive kind of done all I can right now with my report (sans a miracle with removing some lates).  Im not sure if my application would be any stronger in November.

I think lower balance on loans with more time on current Ontime payments ? Plus if you can GW something ?

You may have a shot now but be stuck at 500 or 1000 limit ?

I think if I have to get LOC for home repairs then I'll app.  IF I dont have to get LOC then I'll wait.  I have 3 more contractors coming by house this afternoon (if they actually show up).
