CLIs with PPC/CCB is SP. They just gave me an auto CLI last month of $1.25K from $3.25 to $4.5K. You can't request a CLI but you can force it by buying in excess of your CL. I actually forced them last year for a CLI. I made a purchase at Bestbuy.com for store pick up (without really any intention of going through with the purchase) just to have them give me a CLI. Bumped from $1.5K to $3.25K back then. Bought a fridge and a flat screen TV then cancelled my purchase after i got the CLI (within 24hrs).
