PayPal Debit Card Limit Less Than PayPal Smart Connect CL

I recently received my PayPal debit card and immediately selected my PayPal Smart Connect account as the backup source of funding. The odd thing, though, is that while my PPSC CL is $5K, for some reason, I only get a $1.2K backup limit for the debit card. Anyone know who I need to contact to get that upped?

PayPal. Did you verify your information? Bank account, name etc? Check to see if when you log in it says verified on your account page

My debit card limit is 3k a day, but my ppsc limit is oy 1286
