I agree that this "bait-and-switch" is pretty crappy. I currently have the Marvel MC through Synch and have been pretty happy with it and the customer service. I'm a little saddened to see Synch do something like this but at the same time I am glad they are attempting to be competitive with the larger banks.
If it was a 2% everyewhere card like Citi DC or Blispay I'd jump on it but as it stands, no thanks.
