Last week I applied and was approved the PP Smart connect loc for $500. Today I received a letter that said ;
" Dear ****,
You are receiving this letter because you recently applied for a credit card at PayPal. Synchrony Bank is the issuer of this card. When you were approved we did not assign to your account the best interest rate we offer "
What did they mean by, we did not assign the best interest rate? The TU score they provided is the same as the one on my sig.
