Technically i think you get 10000 bonus points which is equivalent to 100 cash back if you wanted to use points that way. Just semantics.

This isn't really accurate. There are lots of bills that you can pay directly with credit cards. Some companies may use a third party to process credit card payments and you have to look at the service fee to see if it cancels out any cash back earned by using the card. I have never heard of any credit card company considering this to be artificially bolstering rewards.

Do I have to wait the full 90 days to get the bonus point signup? I have to buy plane tickets as soon as my card gets here, so it'll be past the 500 mark the first 10 mins I have the card in my possession
