How should I pay my cards off, save and pay off the CSP in one shot?

Is interest your only concern?  If so then pay off the CSP and begin paying cards that have intro offers that exipre first.  As for saving -- you have to determine how to balance paying debt versus retaining liquid cash and how much you think you should have in reserve.

I have about 7k in "debt" I dont like calling it that but thats the terminology...

If it's not debt then what is it?  Debt is money that you owe.  You owe the balance on your credit cards to your creditors. It's certainly not an asset.
