Im overseas and the place i am staying wants me to use pay pal to pay for my room. The invoice is for a couple hundred euros. Any lenders going to give me a hard time with this?

No. You won't have a problem. I am currently having work done overseas and pay them weekly with my Chase card using paypal and no problem whatsoever.
