So is it possible for revolvers to have a higher 'spending ability' than the actual limit even if you aren't making multiple payments? I get why dustink would want to pay multiple payments, just to avoid having any type of high util. I don't even want to let my balance ride at 10% of my Amex BCE limit, which would be $350(limit is $3500).

you can charge all you want on your card it does not matter it only matters that you pay it down before the statement cuts.
