Paypal Bill Me Later or equivalent

Hi everyone,

I'm a frequent Ebay user. My spending is around $15.00 to $20.00 a month, mostly in electronic stuff. Beside the Ebay bucks certificate that I receive at the end of the month I'm looking for a rewards card or something when purchasing through Ebay.

I know about Paypal Bill me Later but I don't know if gives reward.

I would like something that is GE backed up. Any thoughts, suggestions?

I'm not aware of any PayPal (GE backed) credit that gives you any reward.  But, if you Paypal account draws from Freedom, Cap One Cash rewards, etc., you'll get the rewards from those.

I see a message that says 10 second credit decision, if I fill out my info will show a hsrd pull on my credit history?

Yes, you are applying for credit. It will pull usually on TU.

I would say that PayPalExxtras Mastercard is the best cc that ge offers.
