If you use paypal a lot and want an easy card to get, apply for the paypal mastercard within your account.

So if you use paypal to receive money in say a small business or you buy a lot on ebay via paypal or receive money from ebay via paypal, it's an easy card to get.

If your credit is marginal, you will likely get the Paypal Smart Connect which is like a store account for Paypal.   

 

However, with a paypal debit card, you can route a mastercharge purchase through to the Smart Connect.

 

They have been generous with CLI with me.

I stay away with anything that has PAYPAL on it.
