I've had the card for 13 months. I never asked for a CLI. Last month (the 12th statement), they auto CLI me from $1500 to $2500, which is still too low. Can I still ask for another SP CLI now? Or should I wait another 3 months?

If you are eligible for a CLI then ask for 10k and they will counter if you aren't eligible for the full amount.
