I had to create another paypal account to link it with BML. I have smart connect on my main account and couldnt have both together

That's what it told me a while back....that I could not have the two together. I have two seperate paypal accounts and the BML is linked to the premier account and I got the pop-up approval on the personal account.

It was hard to not push that button! I was in the garden the first time for a month and then stepped out for the freedom. I have had to shred another pre-approval and decline the online approval this week....it's hard!!

Can't you just closed the Paypal Smart Connect account and then retry for the actual Paypal Extras MC? Has anyone been succesful with that pathway?

Probably work, but not worth the trouble for me.   Has anyone ever had them upgrade their SC to MC, which is what I would prefer?

I dont think they'll upgrade from smart connect to a mastercard.

While I'm not sure about BML & Smart Connect, you can definitely have BML and the PP Extras MasterCard at the same time.  You just cannot have them both linked to the same PP account.  You'd need two PP accounts with BML on one and the PP MC on the other.
