PenFed CLI / Hard or soft pull?

Have had a couple of PenFed cards for a few years. Have never asked for a CLI.

Does anyone know if it is a hard or soft pull?

It is for certain a hard pull. I even had preapproved offers from them for auto/boat/trailer loans but no cli on my rewards card!

Thanks. Just sniffing around for possible CLIs with soft pulls only. I don't use Discover much other than the 5% categories, but got a CLI approved online today...so that was a soft.
