Congrats to you OP... the rates on this card seem to be relatively low... is this the Norm?
I'm not sure Roc? Maybe someone with more experience with PenFed can let us know if their CLI are HP or SP..?
Vegas, from what i've read this CU offers very low rates on their cards. I didn't seem to qualify for their lower tier rate which is why I was asking how they are about lowering rates once you're somewhat established with them.
