Well, I fainally got everything figured out with PenFed. I had to call three times to provide information I didn't know they wanted until I called, plus had to remind them twice that I had unfroze my credit report, but all's well that ends well. I was approved for the Cash Back Rewards Card, pay at the pump here I come.
