Penfed Increased the LOC Apr

Received the letter today that they are increasing my APR from 10% to 10.25%. No reason was given as why. My Reports remain the same. Also Have this 25K LOC for the past six months, but hasn't used it.

This applies to everyone with a PenFed Personal Line of Credit. They are adjusting the APR from Prime Rate + 6% to 7%.
