Penfed Prequalified Offers missing?

I’ve received penfed offers in the past and usually accept them. 

Yesterday I received an email saying I was prequalified for a used auto loan or a new credit card. 

When I logged in I noticed the offers weren’t there. 

Has as this happens to anyone else? 

Wondering if I should wait a few days to see if they show up or I should contact customer service.

Yup happened to me yesterday as well. Nothing's showed up on the site as yet.

Strange. 

Maybe it hasn’t updated on the site yet.

Guess I'm not the only one. Mine says preapproved for a platinum credit card for 5600 or auto loan up to 35000.
Can't find anything on the site. I called CSR at Penfed. He couldn't find any offers for me.

Weird. I'll wait till Monday and call again.

Sounds like maybe these were sent in error. 

I just got a prequilifed offer last quarter and took it.

I got the same email...prequalified for a 35k auto loan. Nothing on my dashboard yet...

I haven't gotten any such emails yet, but I didn't think the quarterly offers were going to go out until the start of April.
