Penfed "Exclusive Offers For You" Email

Received an email that had products in the body and "Learn More" links. Takes me to a page that has "apply now." I logged on to my Penfed account and don't see any messages in the in box or under "My Offers." Does anyone know if this is just a generic email they send out or if those products in the email body are preapproved offers "Exclusive" for me? Thanks!

The preapp offers are quarterly. August isn't the start of a quarter.

They're "exclusive" to PenFed members that qualify. I.e. not really exclusive.

It was in my Spam folder.

My NextGen EQ is 637. So...yeah. I lost all hope on prequals from any sharks and trust my research.
