grrrrr amex. I agreed to electronic consent only through email and your online application review. So they sent a physical letter. I requested them not to and if not opening up the online form then Good-day. The customer representative found it humorous, no help. The second went to go escalate the complaint and hung up on me. The third couldn't find my application or any information about me... Wouldn't let me through pre-screen CSR. The fourth said its already sent, your bad. I called this am before you mail was sent.... Your bad. Why wasn't it stopped. It is Federal Law..... Whoa whoa. I know what the law is. I'm asking American Express... I gave specific directions not to be mailed unless by specific receive date.
Citi Recon- Oops wrong card. Can you transfer that. No. Okay. Sir if you go to citicards.com and go to this link.... No, I don't want 6 total hard pulls from Citi. But we would love to have you as a customer. I would too 
, so can you switch the application. I can't affect the application in anyway I can only view it. Okay, Thank you.

Capital One non-student- Limit unknown yet, call in 24-48- 0% APR till May 2013 though.

Congrats! I too just got walmart the other day, reported to TU today, should have the card by tomorrow I hope. Which Cap1 did you get? and also did you try calling to find out your limit, that is what I did when I got my cap1.

I called Cap1 after I sent income ver. a few days ago. He said I was approved "Welcome to the Capital One Family", I guess I was too overwhelmed for specifics lol; said to call in 24-48 to find the limit and information, other than no interest till May 2013. I'll update limit on edit when I find out.
