I made a phone payment to Chase/WaMu on Saturday, during WaMu's "blackout" period. No payment was due, it was an extra payment to zero out a recent purchase I made.
When logging into Chase this morning, I see the payment listed under the "See/Cancel Payments" section, with a status of PAID. However, it's not yet been applied to my balance.
Was wondering if any of the Chase veterans could advise -- how long does Chase usually take to completely process a phone payment? Do they place holds on payments over a certain amount?
