Planning next apps

So here is my situation... I'm planning on refinancing my mortgage in the next 60 days. Once that is taken care of my next move was to apply for a few CCs. I have 3 cards in mind: PenFed Platinum Rewards, BCP, and CSP. So now, How long after the refi should I wait? Should I app for all 3 at the same time or at separate times? If not all at once then in what order?

Thanks for your input!

Re: Planning next apps

Well, as far as I know you are free to app after closing. Typically the underwriting process is complete by then.

Also, I am a big fan of app sprees if they are well planned. I like having the cards and inquiries age off quickly, why drag the torture out over months when you can get it done all at once.
