becomes a not recently opened credit card?
Depends on the lender, some 6 months, some 1 year and now Chase looks back 2 years for their non co-branded cards

+1 Different lenders will say different things. but on your actual credit report.if it says recent accounts its mostly 6. regardless of what an indiviual lender says. and even chase only will use this. not for their main cards but co branded.
Yeah, I've heard 6-8 months before an account is considered not new.
Also, if you get a credit app declined for new accounts or inquiries, they USUALLY say for the last 6 months. LESS OFTEN they say too many new accts or inquiries for the last 12 months. fyi
