My wife and I are looking at buying a house we have put offers down and still haven't gotten a house yet, but damn those 50k mile offer looks so nice.

IF I APPLY THAT WOULD BE THE DUMBEST MOVE EVER, RIGHT?

Well ever i don't know about that, but what i would say is that offer will come back around i am pretty sure of it . So if you can handle gettting your house done, that offer will come back around. Look at it this way there are multiple cards with 50k bonus :-) Those offers will come back

What's more important some credit card signup offer or buying home and building a future with your wife? is it really worth risking getting your house or getting the best possible interest rate?

These offers will come around again they aren't going to disappear for ever !!! You can wait probably next year and get both a nice house and 50k offer for an few different cards. There is UAL, delta, and AA all right now they will still be here next year after you get your house!!!

ac921ol, just be patient. Take care of your business with that beautiful house you and your wife are looking forward to spending your lives in. The first priority is that house.

Look in the mirror and say House over and over again. The very last time you say it, say..........Home! There's just something about that word. Claim it!

That credit card deal will come back around, and if not that one, something better.
