My PRG gets no love, but people make comments about my Zync all the time.

Bahahahaha @Duncanrr!
Me too @Repo-ed. My Zync has so much love...lol. Many never knew about the Zync when it was available. I live in NYC, and use the Path train (via the world trade center terminal) to head to my school in NJ. They are billboards advertising Amex Green, Gold, and Platinum throughout the Path station. Even when the Zync was available, not one billboard went up to advertise it. I only came to know about via this forum.
Yea, the Zync is very prestige now! LOL.

According to Amex they can; the link is also still in the interface where others have been disabled.
I wonder how many cards they have in stock - before no longer being able to replace them

After reading this thread, I might keep my Zync just because of how rare it is. I've worked in retail for almost 2 years, and have never seen anybody else have one. I don't want to pay the $25 annual fee for no rewards, but I may make an exception and keep it open unless they FR me.

The Zync is no longer available. Those of us who have it are fortunate. We can keep it as long as we want, unless Amex change their mind and PC every Zync cardholder.
I love my Zync. It's White. It's American Express. It's legendary.Amazing, isn't it, how a rather basic no-frills card has such a cult following and become "legendary"! That legend will continue to grow, the "white" will be more desired than the "black", simply because it's unobtainable !
So let's see... we have the Gold, the Platinum, and now... the rarest of all metals -- Unobtanium!
LOVE IT! Better than Palladium ! ! ! !

Wish I had known it was going away. Ever since I was denied for the PRG, I've been afraid to get back on the horse. I went for the PRG because I knew you couldn't PC from a Zync to another charge card and I already have a revolver.
Now that I got my BCE backdated to 2008, I'd gladly take a Zync but I can't. Still too scared to go for another charge card. LOL. I know it's a SP if I'm denied again (it was last time) but I'm also scared that I'd be approved and I'd get another hard pull. lol.

so guess i got to test out my theory.
Was at the movies and paid for concessions with the card.
Next morning don't have it (yesterday)
called today and rep asked if it was alright too overnight it. im like yeah lol.
so if your a current zync holder you can get a replacement but not get an au.
