Citi has nothing to offer me, I checked. But I"m not surprised.
I stiffed Citi big time back in 2005 with a BK and we are not talking about one account two or three. All but one were accounts CITI bought, one was opened with the orgional CITI. They bought alot of private label accounts in the early 2000s and a few well known cards too.
