It could be a targeted offer from them buying CRA reports with you meeting certain criteria, but that is NEVER a guaranteed approval.

Was it for another More or for a different card? My DH has had a More for several months, and he's received a couple of offers subsequently -- both for a More. I don't really understand why they would send out an offer for a card that he already has.
