So, I've read on here that you cannot get pre-qualification mail/e-mail or directly from the website until you are 21. Does that hold any truth?
Also, back in January when I got my first credit card, I ran through the pre-qual link on Capital One's website and it popped up for the QS1, which I currently have. If the 21+ rule were in effect, why would I have gotten the pre-qual? Also, I've gotten two invite mailers for the AAdvantage card, is this the same thing?
