Is there a reason you shouldn't be getting them? Did you opt out or something?
Even if you opted out, there are two issues. First, it sometimes takes a while, and some people report having to confirm it went through and perhaps doing it again. Second, you can still receive offers. It is not a do not mail list. They can't get access to your credit reports, but you could already be on their lists and/or they could get access to your info in other ways.
No offense but your scores are kindof low for that. They really dont go out there much anyways

I don't understand what you are trying to say in this post. My TU on Walmart is 730's (703 on Amex pull), ex is 720's and EQ is 680's. these are not low scores. And who is they and where do they not go much?

I'm barely at 700 (with a BK7 on my reports) and have 8 major credit cards with an average of $13,500 limit. Did I slip through the cracks? Obviously YMMV...every profile differs.
