The funny thing is, I am 99% of the time right there when my card is being swiped and I don't see any funny activinty. Maybe it's that 1% that's getting me. A new card is in the mail again..... It just seems odd that it is that card.... But you know what, I bring alot of attention to it as I always have to tell someone to swipe this side of the card and then I get the comments....

Yes the design is rather annoying as I always have to explain to people. They tried to get cute with it but its not very convenient.

It sucks but as rlx01 says it's really not the fault of the card or Citi.  More to do with where the cards info is being stolen and usually is a reflection of places you visit it or websites you use the card on.  I wouldn't cancel a great card like the Prestige over fraudulent charges that you aren't responsible for anyways.  Sure it's a pain in the butt to deal with its part  of having and using credit cards these days.
