Price Matching - Chase or Discover?

So i know my CSP has it, and i think Freedom? Also maybe Discover? But i noticed at BBY i will be exchanging some headphones i bought for a different pair. Of which the pair i was going to exchange for just went up. I noticed however BBY does price match Amazon if its sold by them. And it is, so it is at a cheaper price. My question is if i call chase or discover (depending who offers it for sure, then thats whom i will use) how long does the price matching process take?

Chase Price Match goes through a different company and they are god awful, slow(done by a third party not chase itself). There is barely any communication.

Citi/Discover/Amex make chase price match look stupid. I've had positive experience with the companies I've mentioned.

Discover and AMEX are probably on top of my list, no BS, they take care of you as long as you provide proper documentation.

With Chase its always about the small things. I run through $800-1100 on average every month through chase and my confidence just went down the toilet after my last claim being denied $20 price difference....
