Product Change: Capital One Venture to VentureOne

Has anyone successfully changed from Capital One Venture ($59 annual fee) to Capital One VentureOne ($0 annual fee)? I'm hoping to downgrade, but I wanted to see if others have had success. Thanks!

If you are trying to do this, see if you can PC to the quicksilver instead, as that has better rewards than the Venture One
