Product Change for CIti

Hello Everyone,

I am a new member to the forums, but a long time lurker. I am just checking to see if anyone else was told that Citi is not product changing any account until November. I was just trying to change my Dividend card into a Double Cash and was told that they can't right now. Has anyone else heard of this?

Thank you!

Oh okay, good to know that I wasn't the only one who heard this. I guess I will just have to try again in November and hope for the best.

Thank you!

YEs last year you could. about 3 months ago they said they were not allowing changes for a certain period of time. so you would have been good a year ago. just not now.

Spouse got an approval today. Wanted to change it over to a double cash card but they said they don't do that. I'm not sure why I didn't app for that card!
