Product change Amex Blue Sky?

I determained a while back my sky rewards are useless to me and read of people doing a product change.  I see in forums some say this is easy just call right next to posts where they are told this is not possible.  I contacted Amex about a year ago and was told I could not PC from sky to cash but I could to cash preferred.  I generally don't use cards with annual fee but right now this card would be worth it for me.  Support today told me I can now only PC to Sky Preferred.  Any one had any luck with this?  It appears if I keep calling I may get someone to do it based on other forums.

Hi OP sorry sky is not working for you, call again and get another agent, SKY only comes in one flavor no AF there is no Sky Preferred......
